ImGui Tex Inspect

ImGui Tex Inspect: a texture inspector: zoom into a texture down to its pixels, read their values, and draw annotations over them.

Show a texture between begin_inspector_panel() and end_inspector_panel(). Run the app with immapp.run(..., with_tex_inspect=True), which initializes it.
